1. Booking and Payment

• 1.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone.
• 1.2 Payments must be completed via Credit Card at the time of booking.
• 1.3 Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to you.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Customer Cancellations:

• More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund.
• Less than 48 hours before departure: No refund. 2.2 The Best Tour Phuket Cancellations:
• If we cancel a tour due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• 2.3 Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.

3. Changes to Bookings

• 3.1 Customers can request changes to their bookings at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• 3.2 The Best Tour Phuket reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• 4.1 Customers must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.
• 4.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time at the designated meeting point. No-shows will not be refunded.
• 4.3 Customers should follow safety instructions provided by our tour guides at all times.

5. Travel Insurance

• 5.1 We highly recommend customers obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or other incidents.
• 5.2 The Best Tour Phuket is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

• 6.1 The Best Tour Phuket is not responsible for delays, accidents, injuries, or losses caused by third parties, including transport providers and activity operators.
• 6.2 Customers participate in activities at their own risk. Some activities may have physical risks (e.g., snorkeling, island hopping). Customers should assess their own fitness levels before booking.

7. Force Majeure

• 7.1 We are not liable for cancellations or service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control.

8. Privacy Policy

• 8.1 We collect personal information to process bookings and improve our services. Your information will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for tour operations.

9. Governing Law

• 9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Thailand.
• 9.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Phuket, Thailand.
